「This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. 」
「Aloft was wonderful. It’s a little tricky to find. You have to pull into the parking lot, then take 1 bank of elevators up to the lobby. Then there is a separate bank of elevators to your room. Valet parking is $40. Self parking is $26 for 24 hours. We were just there for the night so it was $13 for us.
If you do self park you pay every time you go in and out of the garage.

「The location of this hotel really cannot be beaten. If you are looking to be in the downtown area without the headache of parking downtown and the astronomical pricing, this is the hotel for you as its just a short drive to downtown Cleveland. Our room was clean and comfortable and we liked that there was free hot coffee, muffins, Danish, fruit, yogurt etc. in the morning. Free WIFI and parking was great as well. This will be my go to hotel anytime I need to be in the Cleveland area. 」
「Lovely building in a not so great area, unfortunately didn’t feel safe walking around. Lots of homeless, people constantly begging for money, people very out of it and so much pot smoking (I know this is legal here but we as Europeans aren’t used to it) The Roost itself is so nice the rooms are huge and spotless clean. Unfortunately we didn’t have the lovely big windows like the pictures only 2 small windows high up that couldn’t see out of and no windows in the bedroom, kitchen or bathrooms....
「This hotel is really a unique experience. They treat you like royalty. Our room was small but had a ton of character. Only had one spot for one suitcase, so we used the large window sills for the other one. There is really no place to park, so we used the valet parking which was $52.00. But they unload your luggage out of the car and take it to the room for you. By the time we text to get our car, it was there and they had loaded our luggage into and we were ready to go. 「The hotel itself was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. There was some issues with the parking available on site as the garage gate wouldnt register our cards as well as other guests. Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however. Overall its a pretty hotel in a very convenient location and Id be happy to check out the rest of the autograph collection locations when Im traveling near one. 」
「this is the second time to stay for us and both of the time we were very much enjoyed to stay. the club/bar at B1 is really cool and many party at the weekend and you can go to the rooftop bar AZUR in summer. great location. Not like famous luxury hotel but if you like this style like W, you would love this hotel.」
