"I get it - it’s Masters week, so $400 a night is par for the course. But this was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.
Several things missing upon check-in: towels, cups and 3 lamps not working. When we looked closer, the sink fawcet filter wasn’t there, causing a waterfall of water to burst out. The fire suppression sprinkler was covered in tape, causing it to be impossible to work after a recent remodel (I’d hate to see it pre-remodel!) and the bed frame made some weird noises every time we moved around. Also the complimentary breakfast buffet was sparse at best, empty at worst.
Last but not least, when we returned from dinner, they sold all the parking spots for $20 to partying patrons at the bar down the street.
When we asked for some compensation after citing all of the issues, we were told no, that it’s Masters week, and we could basically pound sand. "

"The room is run down and old. Sheets were stained and towels were used and wet as if they folded the towels back from the people who just checked out. Pillows were not holding up shape it was just a bag of cotton prettt much. Room smelled heavily of bleach and even turned my black socks colored from walking on the floor. Room condition Not as pictured in the pictures. Falsely advertised. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. "

"There was no shower curtain on the shower- had to get it and put on myself- the shower floor was dirty- there were no extra linens in the room- had to get them and make up bed. The lobby was very clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good so, overall not too bad but Very expensive for what you got but, hey, it was the Masters so everyone is expensive!"
