"Exterior is somewhat run down but rooms very clean. Door lock needed to be adjusted, hard to open with key but eventually worked: front desk very responsive. Had two dinners at Smoke Pizza—great pizza and calzones as well as delicous brownies! A little hard to find coffee but good coffee is available at the Maverick gas station."

"This is a charming motor in that is well-maintained and still has some character from the early days of car travel. The check-in went well with a friendly manager/owner. The unit was clean and comfortable and even the in-room coffee was tasty! The room has a small fridge, which is great for cooler stuff, and a microwave. There's a small breakfast but I left before it was available. Definitely value for the cost and fun to stay in an old-school motor lodge. I'm happy to support such a business."

"I had booked this property for the wrong year - yikes! At the last moment I messaged the rental person and told her my dilemma. She worked with me (I was in and out of cell coverage on our hour-long journey from where I first messaged her till we got to Blanding) and was able to have a condo here when we got here-whew! Can't say enough good things about communication. The condos and parking was as I expected as well. Great stay."
