This small, reasonably priced, well-located hotel is incredibly clean, the rooms are quiet (although the air conditioner does make sound when it goes on and off), the staff is very helpful and there is a great bar/restaurant attached. It's two blocks away from Union Station and besides its own restaurant, there are several others within a 10 minute walking radius. The downside for us is that there isn't a coffee maker in the room. There are two machines for everyone's use on the 2nd floor, but they happened to both be out of order when we were there. Still, we would definitely stay there again the next time we go to D.C.

Nice location with friendly staff. The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms were too dark for my taste. The fitness center was extremely hot - I had to leave, you cannot adjust the thermostat and the fan is fixed and falling apart. Otherwise the room was large and comfortable, beds were nice, and the bathroom was great, but they could use some anti-slip assistance on the shower floor. Overall I liked it and would stay again.

This is a very fun, well maintained property, very clean. A couple blocks from the White House. Theres a Metro station under the building with an entrance next to front entrance. Great Deli a block away. Its a fun time. I love DC. Its one of my favorite cities. Ride services are abundant and at 3am easy. Entrance is warm rose colored marble floor. Room card to go up elevator. Limited street parking. Hotel works w a parking lot thats also great. I had a fabulous experience with parking at International Square. You can park for up to a week. The people here at the registration, and housekeeping made everything smooth and easy for me. A great place to ease into after daytripping all over the mall. A couple of restaurants within a mile are open until 3 am. Every kind of taste you like is in DC and within easy reach of Club Quarters Washington DC. I came for 4th of July, and extended my stay. Im a little slower than most people walking. Im great within arms reach. Rides are easy and generally about 12 to 18 usd to get to where you want to go. If youre really active! Right on! This location is a sweet walk to the Washington Monument in the middle of the mall, like ten minutes tops. Easy check in. You can park out front loading unloading. Just figure parking in garage. Garages generally close at 11pm, but you can leave anytime. Its walking distance to International Square AFL CIO, Red Cross, DAR Constitution Hall, and many very fun locations. There are several clubs within blocks.

Nice spot- stayed here during a business trip. pros: comfy beds good pillows, lots of different lighting options, decent water pressure and a Mini fridge in the room and the temperature was comfortable. Cons: I was confused about the breakfast (it comes with some stay and not others but it was never offered as an option at check in and no explanation). Not sure what the extra $70 “resort” fee is for as I don’t believe there are any “resort” style amenities.I had to hunt down the ice machine (it’s on the 2nd floor btw). Could use a little spot to purchase snacks/soda/water, etc… since there’s no room service. Wanted to order from the restaurant downstairs but there were no menus or contacts in the room so I ordered door dash. Overall, I had a good stay, there’s just a few details and some clarification from the staff at check in, that I believe would have made it better.

We especially enjoyed the location in walking distance to the White House and the Washington Monument.
