"This is a beautiful hotel, a quiet oasis right in the middle of the action in Phnom Penh. From the moment you arrive the entire staff are friendly, polite and very good at their jobs. The pool area is excellent and the rooms were large and very well appointed. I can't recommend this hotel enough and would be delighted to stay here next time I'm passing through Phnom Penh."

"In Phnom Penh, you do not have to pay too much attention to the hotel location. Tuktuk rides do not cost you much if you wish to have a drink at night. I would rather cherish the quiet atmosphere around the hotel. Luxcity Hotel is perfect in that sense. Across the street is a military barrack. The hotel restaurant provide beautiful local foods all day long."
