Excellent, friendly staff from the cleaners to the friend desk. They beat the Taj and the Ritz Carlton . It is a new property and pretty well done everything. The Renai Cochin
I chose this place only for the location. The room was too small for 3 people and overpriced for the amenities. The room was a little too noisy for me and so was the air conditioning. The bathroom didnt have a proper tub but a shower, so it gets messy after the shower, its water everywhere.

The room was clean, they had decorated it for us for our honeymoon stay! They also celebrated us with some cakes as well. The view out of the room was beautiful. The bathroom facilities were 5/5 with ample amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Couldn’t recommend a stay here ...
