🏢 Located in a quiet little condominium, this newly renovated and furnished flat consists of:
- an entrance;
- a large living room with lounge and dining area;
- a fully equipped open plan kitchen;
- a double bedroom with balcony/terrace (south facing, with table, chairs and chilienne);
- a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.

🛌 The flat has 2 sleeping areas:
- a bedroom with double bed;
- a double sofa bed in the living room.

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as a television, free wifi connection, kitchen equipment (hotplates, microwave, kettle, etc...), storage, washing machine, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by our platforms.

🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).

Je souhaite vous signaler que l'électricité serait à refaire pour éviter un accident, les prises sont décrochées du mur.Il y a certainement eu des locataires bien indélicats, il faut s'acharner pour arracher une prise !L'appartement est lumineux ce qui est agréable, proche de commerces que l'on peut joindre à pied en suivant des parcours piétonniers. Le balcon est assez grand, nous y avons pris nos petits déjeuners. Agréable pour ce court séjour.
