「A good place to stay for your Mt. Rainier NP trip. Spacious room and beds. Very clean and nice room. Complimentary breakfast. Though it has only two floors, really wish it could have elevator as me and my families had several luggages (maybe adding a luggage cart for folks who stay on the first floor would be nice). Overall a good choice for your Mt. Rainier NP Sunrise base.」

「Through no fault of host - We were without power for the first hour we were at the property. The tiny little lanterns left on the kitchen counter were woefully inadequate, providing minimal light. The cabin was extremely cold. But fortunately the host had suggested bringing our own wood for the fireplace. Luckily we had our own firewood and flashlights. So relieved when the power was restored! 」

「I made a reservation at a local hotel and realized the night before our stay that I made it for the wrong night. I frantically called every hotel in the area only to find out that everyone was booked. I checked VRBO and found there were only two places left in the area I wanted so I jumped on it. I didn’t have high expectations since it was a good price and one of the last two available but I was only staying one night so I figured what the heck. 「Hosts are good communicators, the policies are fair and clear. I loved the A-frame, the cozy feel, and the environment with trails and peaks nearby. Cool fridge that you can sign when you stay there.The staircase to the upper level is narrow and steep, could be difficult for larger bodies. And the master bedroom door does not open all the way, blocked by the bed. I did really enjoy wiping my poop on the current president’s ridiculous proclamations. A great place for singles and couples.」
