「It’s quiet, yet convenient to the beach, to downtown and to the auditorium and all of its activities. The manager Kathy was very welcoming and helpful. Her homemade breakfast fare was delicious. I hope to return to the Carriage hospitality and to my favorite quaint village, as soon as possible.」

「Very cute B&B. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was up on the top 3 rd floor. Slanted ceilings, easy to bump you head. We had 2 queen beds. No way could 2 people sleep in a bed; the inside person would bump their head when they sat up. Had to climb over a high tub to get in, and use a spray hose to was up. Lots of towels, soaps, lotions provided. 」

「Beautiful old inn. Immaculate. Not much staff around during the off-season, but breakfast was fine. Excellent coffee. On the third floor, I wished sometimes that there had been an elevator, but I took the third floor room voluntarily and knowingly. 」

「The inn was light bright and airy, however before warned about the third floor steps. They can be taxing. The best rooms are on the second floor with access to the wraparound porch. The included breakfast was lovely every morning. Surprised the Inn was on route 35. So had to cross to get to beach.」

「Overall ok. Nice staff. Clean. Small cramped room. Loud RR tracks nearby. You hear every creek in the house. Wall AC unit that gets warm. Decent breakfast. Nice front porch and lake in the back. Good parking. Not too many options that close to beach. I would stay again, but manage your expectations. 」

「We were in town for my cousin's 50th birthday! Great location (7 miles away) from birthday party location and great restaurants with the water view experience. Cottage was very peaceful, clean and cozy. Very thankful for this find!」
