*Water is very shallow in the cove - 2 ft depth of dock. No V hull boats will be able to dock at the dock. Pontoons have been able to dock without problem.
*The back deck comes with both a pellet and propane grill, Blackstone Griddle, luxurious outdoor seating and an outdoor dining area with space for everyone to enjoy the cove view.
* Four bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space:
* A master suite with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom.
*Both a king bedroom and a queen bedroom are served by an updated bathroom.
*An upstairs kids' room includes a twin bed, a queen bed, an arcade game and a video game console, making it a fun spot for kids to hang out.
*A private drive provides parking and room to shoot some hoops.
*The backyard offers space for games and access to the dock, where kayaks are available for some light paddling.
*Fish Tale Marina is just around the corner, making it easy to rent a boat for exploring the lake..
*The dock includes a table and seating, making it a great place to relax, fish, or simply enjoy the lakeside ambiance.

Quiet Time 9:00pm til 8:00am
Max of 10 people allowed at the property at Anytime.
No outside speakers - sound really travels in the cove.
Please do not trespass onto the neighbors properties.
Park ONLY on the driveway. Do not park on the street or off of the driveway at anytime.
No more than 5 cars allowed in driveway.
No parking off the street or in the grass.
If boating or jet skiing please note the entire cove is a no wake zone. Only 1 docked boat allowed.
No smoking anything in the house.
No Fireworks on the property EVER!
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 10 guest total on property at ANYTIME.
No diving off the dock

We do monitor the outdoor cameras.

We do enforce the house rules and you will be asked to leave without refund if our house rules are not followed.

Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.

Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.
