「I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning. 「The amenities being different from the lodge was a little confusing/disappointing. Particularly the adherence to the 4pm check-in time and the upcharges associated with this. The host was accommodating as there were a few things missing. 」

The problem with the place is that, while you are in beautiful natural surroundings of the Suncadia Lodge, this property has a view of nothing, not even the parking lot. For what the owners want you to pay per night, you would expect a little more. You are in the Suncadia Lodge; it shouldn't feel like you are at a hotel next to a major airport. 」
