"This cellar apartment is a very cool place to stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided helpful information regarding the area and getting around. Very nicely renovated with a well equipped kitchen, the apartment suited our needs perfectly. The bathroom was large with a great shower. It was very comfortable and quiet which made for an excellent night's sleep."

"We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms."

"I had an amazing stay, the owner Nick was very responsive and very pleasant, despite booking last minute. There was a clear guide of instructions of places to go. There was tea, coffee, a socket near the bed, organic milk. When I am back in Bristol, I would definitely rebook, if there is availability. Thank you !!"

"Had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights Reception were helpful on checking in but the rooms were in separate buildings which was annoying for us and both on second floor so difficult with luggage on steep stairs. The double room had no TV remote and the soap by the hand basin didn’t work . They fixed it the next day but these should be checked prior to arrival !
