「We had a lovely stay at Kangaroo Bay Apartments. There was good access to the ferry to Hobart. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with supermarkets/coffee and restaurants nearby. Every convenience was available in the apartment, which made staying there very easy. The only downside was the undercover carpark - big cars would be better off parking in the street.」

「ビーチが目の前で、バス停も家の前にあり、高級スーパーも家の前にありとても良い環境です。 Sandy Bay Rd沿いの通りで一番古い建物で、重要文化財に指定されている建物ですが、オーナーのTedさんが綺麗にリノベートされていて、すてきなお部屋になっています。オーナーのTedさんはとても優しい方で、すてきな時間を過ごせました。タスマニアに行く際はぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。」

「Fantastic location, lovely spacious apartment, good air conditioning. Very happy with it.The only problem was that I found the keysafe very hard to open. I couldn’t open it, but luckily my sister was with me and was able to.When I checked out, I also had trouble and gave up and was about to ring the contact number, but tried again - and it worked first time. I have no idea what I did differently.」

「We were a family of four and were very satisfied with our stay here. The portable heater was a must-have during the winter and kept us nice and warm. The well-equipped kitchen made our short stay extra enjoyable, giving us the chance to cook and create some lovely family memories together. The location was excellent, and having both a washing machine and dryer was a huge plus as it meant we could pack lighter and save more space for souvenirs. 「Lovely, comfortable accomodation with terrific views. Easy check in process. Great area, quiet location with playgrounds nearby and everything you'd need is only a short drive away. A few things we'd ( and future guests maybe ) find useful- a clothes horse as it's often raining and more pegs for clothesline. Long handled dustpan and broom to sweep the floors. Thanks for having us. 」

"入り口がちょっとわかりにくいですが、4階のロビーからは広々とした空間で最近のモダンなレセプションエリアは旅のテンションが上がっていいですね！部屋も広くて設備やアメニティーも清潔感、使い勝手など申し分なく満足です。ベッドの寝心地は最高でした。低層階(7階)の窓から見える風景だけビジネスホテルレベルで特別感はなく星一つ減らしていますが、歩いて港まで10分程度なので観光でも十分楽しめました。周りにはレストランやカフェも多くタスマニアの豊かな食材を楽しむことが出来ました。"

"毎日の清掃がとても綺麗に行き届いていました。タオル交換やトイレットペーパーなどもきちんとされていて、部屋のティーパックの補充もされていました。とても快適に過ごすことができました。また、観光施設やスーパーへの行き方などをフロントスタッフに尋ねると、地図上で丁寧に説明してくれました。荷物の預かりも快く対応してくれたり、チェックインより4時間ほど早く着きましたが、部屋の清掃が終わった段階で電話をくれました。一点、サマータイムになるタイミングの宿泊だったのですが、部屋に置いてある時計の時間変更の仕方がわからず、1時間ずれたままでした。携帯を見て時間を確認していたので、あまり不便は感じませんでしたが。ベッドシーツが少し生乾きのような匂いがして気になりましたが、総合的に素晴らしかったです。 3泊4日の一人旅でしたが、安心して旅を終えることができました。ありがとうございました。"

"アクセス、徒歩圏内のレストラン、バス停、スーパーなどの便利さ、部屋や設備など、何不自由なく問題ありません。冷暖房もベッドもトイレも普通です。従業員はチェックイン、アウトとビュッフェの朝食時のみの対応でこちらも問題なし。お国柄かと思いますが、話し掛ければ親切に対応してくれます。ちょっと薄暗くて苦手な人は怖いかもしれませんが、必要以上のサービスを期待しなければ、海外の庶民的なホテルならこんなものでしょう。安かったし十分でした。"
