Breakfast on property was great! Hotel has terrible elevators though. Busy mornings you will be waiting for them!!!

Great hotel, great location

Even is not the best hotel the staff and the position is making this small hotel a five stars. Every time that we asked for help they were fully supportive. Position is top, and is compensating all possible issues.

The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice.

Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.
