One of my new favorite hotels. The views can’t be beat, the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. The front desk was so kind and helpful when I had a concern about the balcony we had, and quickly switched and upgraded our room. The robes, wine and flip flops were added bonuses. My only complaint is the pool and hot tub area was a mess when we went the first night. Dirty towels, cups, trash all around towards the end of the night It was a holiday weekend so hopefully it is not a common thing. Also the pool deck by the hot tub is incredibly slippery. I slipped twice and I saw at least 6 others go down in front of me in the span of a few hours.

Great hotel very well designed and everything, staff seem entitled had better customer service at a McDonalds. No one greeted me when walking in at all during my entire stay except once from valet. Pretty sure that should be common courtesy from a “4 star” hotel. Had a pretty good interaction with a waiter but other than that I didn’t even wanna interact with the employees. All I can say is great in every way but customer service sucked.😅

The bed was so comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The location was superb. From the map it looked like it was walkable to downtown Disney, but I didn't have to walk because they have a hotel shuttle that drops off and pick up at the bus entrance to Disneyland. Very efficient.
