New 3 bedroom house with lake views and fire place

New house in East Jindabyne with views over the lake and snowy mountains. 3 large bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, double sided slow combusion fireplace and stylish bathroom with large bathtub. 10 minute drive to Jindabyne town centre and 40 minutes to Perisher and Thredbo ski resorts. Large laundry, drying room, undercover off street parking and out door spaces including a large deck and uncovered garden pergola with chiminea.

The house offers a comfortable King bed in the master bedroom, and 2 x Queen beds in the two other bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower and large bath, separate toilet, full kitchen with large oven, 5 burner stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, refridgerator and all kitchen essentials. Free WiFi, TV with Netflix, Stan, Disney, Binge etc, books and games, as well as a large deck with stunning lake and mountain views. Under cover off street parking for one car and storage space for snow gear.

There is onsite guest parking for one vehicle under the car port. On street parking is also available for extra cars. Access to the house is via a key safe located at the front door.

Please Note: The main bedroom with the King bed is seperated from the living space by the double sided fire place, please note that the space either side of the fire place is open so you can't completely close off the bedroom from the lounge. Please check the photos for more info and be aware of this before you book.

Feel free to message us if you have any questions or issues with the space, or would like any suggestions on local restaurants, ski resorts, lake access or any other local info. There will be an onsite property manager who lives in the studio downstairs who can be contacted in case of an emergency.
