「Clean rooms and well kept up」

「Had a great stay! Incredibly clean facility despite the construction going on outside. The airport shuttle was super helpful. They had breakfast already set out for us at 5am」

「The 1st thing you notice when entering to check in is that the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I guess they still allow smoking in the casino. Fortunately, I couldn't smell it in the room. The room had a mini-fridge that I used for leftovers, but there was no place to reheat them. I had to take them to the front desk to have them heat them up for me in the back. They should have at least 1 microwave on each floor by the vending machines. The leftovers was from their own steakhouse, which was...

「I am a fan of this hotel, because of how clea. It was, the friendliness of staff, and the comfortable room. I appreciated amenities like dove hand wash, body wash, lotion, and hair products. The bed was really comfortable. The room was spacious, and easy to relax in after traveling all day. They were helpful in finding me a dog friendly room also. I felt safe at this hotel and will return if I’m in the area.」

「The rooms were clean and well stocked. The doors to the rooms are loud and sound like people slamming the doors.」

「Staff was friendly and welcoming. Basically pretty clean, except for refrigerator ~ something had been spilled by previous occupants and had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Breakfast was good - decaf coffee was barely warm - some items had been cleaned out by the early leaving guests and not replenished.」

「Shower need to be re-caulked. Coffee machine at breakfast delivered half water. No hot or warm water in the morning for a shower before 7:30- 8:00. Immigrant attendant didn't answer the front desk phone and was not helpful. Could barely speak understandable English. When I inquired about no hot water, the reply was: The maintenance man doesn't come until 8:30. No more La Quinta hotels for us. Don't recommend this hotel.」

「Good: It was very clean & I had a very restful stay. The rate was very affordable, and I felt safe. Bad: There weren’t enough towels in the room, and it felt like an oven when we got to our room. But fortunately the a/c eventually cooled the room to a comfy temp. For the money, it was fine. It served the purpose, but I wouldn’t want to stay there more than 1 night.」
