Great stay overall! The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. Loved the location and the amenities — definitely worth it. I’d stay here again!

I liked the room - they gave me an upgrade. The pillows were nice and bed was comfortable. Great view of Houston Downtown. Bathtub with a view. I would have liked for them to extend my late checkout to 1pm but they only did 12:30pm.

The rooms was spotless. The lobby was beautiful and clean. The staff were very pleasant. I only had one problem that my phone did not work in my room and I couldn't reach the front desk, therefore I had to walk downstairs to voices my needs. Hotel didn't have any parking, except for valet service, therefore, if you didn't want to pay for valet service, you had to find other places to park in surrounding parking garages surrounding the hotel

Valet was on it! Check-in was easy and the room had an awesome view. Breakfast was awesome and I had the best belgian waffle. Awesome stay if in the Galleria area.

Room was spectacular. The staff were helpful and courteous. Very friendly as well.
