「Every time we come back to the Royal, it never ceases to disappoint. The staff are the people who make this such a special and charming hotel. The warmest of welcomes and we were so well taken care of. Attentive and polite customer services, similar to that of Ashford Castle, that seems to be lost in many establishments these days. The only complaint we had, was that the bedroom was cold even with the small radiator up to its maximum temperature, and the fires had not been lit in the bar area...

「We stayed for 2 nights. This was by far our favourite stay on our 2 week Scotland holiday. This Inn feels so luxurious and is truly top notch. I cannot say enough about the restaurant. My goodness, Michelin level food and service! Truly! The detail put in to our rooms furnishings and decor was gorgeous. And the staff are a level above the rest. Incredible.」

「Loved: The owner, Sue, is amazing! She was above and beyond the sweetest, most attentive host! I appreciated her attention to detail and making sure my stay was as wonderful as possible. The room was super nice! Loved the bed, wonderfully warm and comfy. The view of Loch Earn was beyond words, so beautiful! Very nice size bathroom with big bathtub and shower. 「施設も食事も環境も全てでほぼ満点のホテルです。ほぼと書いた理由は『歯ブラシセット』がなかったせいです。これはイギリスのホテルでは当たり前なのでしょうか？前回ロンドンで泊まったホテルには有ったので、イギリスの習慣という事で」

「We loved our short stay in Cairn Lodge. The hotel is so beautifully decorated, the staff is warm and welcoming, the food was delicious. The room was clean and smelled so fresh. The bed was super comfortable. This place hasn’t missed a single thing. I easily give it 5 stars!」

「We loved the Riverside room. Beautiful view of the river. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept in so we didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast, but it looked like it was going to be amazing. The host are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even gave us some extra cookies that Brian had made.! 」
