"I thought that the room looked clean upon entering. Right away noticed that the drain in the tub was not draining properly. You had to take a shower with a pool of water at your feet. They said they will send a handyman up, but that did not fix the issue. It's because it's an old building? I wasn't sure what to think the next morning after my son got out of bed and there was a pair of women's underwear mixed up with the sheets. I was stunned and shocked. I checked out and politely told the lady at the desk what we had found. She said she was going to tell management, and get back to us. Still cannot believe it, I'm still in shock to be honest. I horrified my son slept in a dirty bed.. but there is no other way to explain it. "

"Comfortable stay. Used both restaurants attached to the hotel very nice meals. Only negative is First time having just a rain fall over head shower! would be nice to have an option of shower head to."

"I’ve stayed here a few times before. Always the same. Friendly staff, clean hotel, comfortable rooms with nice sized TV. Underground parking in an area where parking is sometimes difficult to find."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food over in the restaurant in the Sheraton was very delicious. Basically across the street was Asia town with a whole bunch of Asian restaurants. It was lovely and if we’re back in Richmond Hill again, we will stay at that hotel."

"We had a fantastic stay! The location is incredibly convenient—just a 12-minute walk to the CN Tower and surrounded by great restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were very welcoming and kind throughout our visit. A huge highlight was the breakfast; there was an abundant variety of food to choose from. Highly recommended!"

"Stayed for 5 nights had my room made up 3 out of 5 days. One of the two days missed I requested a clean and never got one. The hotel is great otherwise the bar pub had decent drinks and food. Cheaper to book on line rather through the hotel. Rooms are very nice. "
