The environment is very clean, hotel is just in the centre of the city and near to many amenities, shops, restaurants and the Durres port. The customer service is top notch, amazing and tasty meals as well as buffet breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Amazing stay

I had a short trip to explore Durres and stumbled upon this hotel! They just opened and it’s so nice to stay in a hotel where you feel valued as a customer. Everyone was so attentive to my needs. The hotel is modern and sleek. Everything you need is within walking distance! Two cute cafes next door. I hope to return one day! As a solo traveler from California I felt safe. Thank you to all the staff for your amazing hospitality.

After a long 13-hour journey to Albania, I could not have chosen a better place to unwind. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The entire property is spotless, and the staff are not only professional but genuinely kind and hospitable. The highlight of my stay was, without question, the deep tissue massage — the best I have ever had in my life. On top of that, the free access to the spa facilities made it an incredible value. Between the sauna, steam, and relaxation areas, it was exactly what my body needed after such a long day of travel. I truly fell in love with this place — it exceeded every expectation I had. If you are looking for comfort, care, and a touch of luxury, this is it. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans l’hôtel, très belle accueil, le staff est très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est juste parfait, plusieurs choix, les chambres propres après chaque passage des femmes de ménage… Ce qui pourrait être un point de travail c’est l’ascenseur chaque personne peut y accéder ça serait bien de créer un pass ou de limiter l’accès à l’hôtel pour les personnes qui n’ont pas réservé.
