Our pillow cases were dirty, the bedding looked old and ragged, the noise from the road was loud, there was a homeless encampment next to the hotel that we could see out our window and there was no housekeeping for our 5 rooms the entire time we were there Thursday-Sunday "

"Carpets throughout were stained, sheers in room were torn and room very tired. Clean but in need up updating. Disappointing overall for the price of the room. Hotel is close to Duke and we did find a great place to eat. Try Local 22 Kitchen & Bar. Very good restaurant, reasonably priced nice atmosphere. Would have chosen a different hotel if condition was known ahead of time. "
