"Watery eggs are never good. Should have vegetable add ins. The room had light bulbs out. There was a burn hole in the sheets at a non smoking hotel. The hair dryer did not work. There was no body wash in the bottle in the shooter"

"We booked our room a long time ago. By the time we made the trip, my wife was in a wheelchair. The hotel is not very suitable for handicapped people. "

"I needed to call ahead of time as I have a sensitivity to highly scented cleaning products. I’m happy to say that there wasn’t any apparent smell from the cleaning supplies that were used. No carpets which is a plus. I appreciate it how willing the staff was to help make my stay comfortable and pleasant."

"Had an issue with check-in. I reserved a king room and they tried to put me in a double queen room. When I went to speak to the attendant he was a little rude about the situation so things did not start off well The room was clean and kept clean , beds were uncomfortable and worn. Breakfast wasn't much at all, being a type 1 diabetic there wasnt any protein options so I was unable to enjoy the breakfast. I wouldn't stay again."
