Our hosts were warm and welcoming.」

「This rental is FABULOUS! First, it was super clean, spotless. Second, location is walkable to many restaurants, grocery, movies, pharmacy. Third, it "lives" much bigger than its square footage. Fourth, the efficient layout of every room was a pleasure to experience. Fifth, super quiet (probably due to the thick outer doors). One of the best vacation rentals we have ever visited. 「Initially, the place felt a bit institutional, but when we got in and got our stuff in, it was extremely functional and when the views are available, they are no doubt gorgeous. Also although the area feels a bit industrial, it is extremely well situated and easy to walk to a lot of Dunedin. Once we settled in, we really enjoyed our stay.」

「The property was nice, newly built/renovated. Heating was good. The car parking was not as advertised: “Free Parking On-Site” is a not accurate. You have to find a park on the public roads nearby. They are largely full up during working hours. Fortunately, our timing didn’t seem to clash, so we always got a park nearby. 」

「The property is very conveniently situated, close to both the beach and city centre. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The only con was that the WiFi was a bit spotty and often disconnected. However we didn’t really need the WiFi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「There were road construction out of the motel. From 07:30 morning, workers were in there. Not so loud but not so good.」
