Oceanfront Suite with Hot Tub

The private Guest Suite is located on high bank oceanfront property, offering a cozy intimate space overlooking beautiful Maple Bay -- we've recently added a hot tub to the patio area. We are within walking distance of Maple Bay Beach, and a short drive to pubs, restaurants and hiking/biking trails.

Studio is complete with full piece bathroom. Kitchenette includes a small fridge, induction stove top, microwave/convection/air fryer unit.

Met Kathy on the way in. Very pleasant and helpful. The unit is lovely with a nice view. Very quit quiet area over looking the bay. Has a great feel to the unit. Loved it and would highly recommend staying here.

Wished I had longer to enjoy

I attended a wedding nearby so I just booked one night. After spending the short time I in the suite, I wish I had booked at least 2 nights. Beautiful view , lovely atmosphere and so very quiet at night. Everything was perfect !

Beautiful view

The suite has great views overlooking Maple Bay and though it's part of a house feels very private and quiet. Very clean, quality bedding and even supplies to make coffee or tea in the morning.

Amazing property! We stayed one night there but regret of not staying there for more than one! Host is amazing she greeted us upon arrival and space is so nice and clean, she designed the space with so much of thought it’s like home away from home! My husband enjoyed hot tub and only came of hot tub to have dinner and sleep! Such nice quiet and secluded property with privacy and peace! We had our dinner and breakfast outside overlooking the bay! Best time ever, will definitely return back!

Beautifully appointed, with many thoughtful personal touches supplied such as sandals & towels for the hot tub: croissants, w butter & jam: cream to go w/ coffee or tea... Kathy was very warm & welcoming. The suite and location were stunning! Many interesting sights ,& activities in the area. Highlites included Hand of Man Museum; Society barber & cafe for afternoon snack. We'll be back when we can stay longer!

Perfect mornings

Amazing to wake up to the sunrise right outside the window with a view of a beautiful inlet. Even better when you’re sitting in a hot-tub with a cup of coffee.

Peaceful retreat

Lovely and inviting! We loved it here! So peaceful and restful, just what we needed. The suite was well appointed and comfortable. The host was so thoughtful with the extras and the hot tub was a nice touch on the beautiful patio. Would highly recommend and hope to be back!

Peaceful escape.

We loved our stay in this beautiful suite in its spectacular setting. Clean, quiet, with such a comfortable bed and everything you would need for your stay. Appreciated the treats and the easy communication with the host. Ate our brekfast out on the ocean view patio and loved the hot tub in the evening. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Idyllic and peaceful unit with ocean views

Well appointed and private unit with elegant decor. Warm and inviting on a chilly November afternoon arrival. Everything was very clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. Bed was comfy and duvet very cozy and warm. Highly recommend; we’d definitely like to come back!

Perfect suite for island getaway

The suite is very comfortable, well equipped and peaceful. The location is in a stunning region of North Cowichan, high above the channel with views through Arbutus trees to Saltspring island. There are lots of good gastro pubs in the nearby harbours. Kathy is a kind and thoughtful host ensuring we had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend to anyone wishing to explore this region of Vancouver Island.

Amazing hosts, super clean and comfortable!

Great place, clean and well appointed. We stayed for my partners birthday, went to a great little pub to eat the lions rampant on the water (so awesome with bands) then came back to enjoy hot tub and relax. Super quiet, and they had bithday cake and ice cream bars in the fridge for us! We reccomend this rental for anyone looking to relax and unwind even if you do live on the island. Water views were a bonus. Great hosts and super comfy!

Relaxing getaway

Highly recommend this cozy suite. Kathy is very accomidating, from having fresh croissants to all the fixings for the delicious coffee. The place was very clean and the bed was extremely comfy. There is also a great pub just walking distance away with delicious food.All in all we had a wonderful weekend, we cant wait to return! Thanks Kathy ☺
