「Bright, clean, comfortable, and quiet! Steps away from a short trail down to the ocean, an easy stroll to Poets Cove, a 5 minute drive from Brooks Point... so a nice location on South Pender.」

「Our group consisted of a Mom, her two sons and their family, including children, aged two and six. Total: 7 people.The house is very attractively decorated and comfortable with lots of generous social spaces, including the stunning and well furnished broad deck facing the water and public swimming area. As the only single adult there, I took the room that is accessed from the deck with the double glass doors. It’s a sweet space for sure but perhaps better suited to teenagers that were old enough...

「From the time of booking the property about a month & a half ago - the process was easy and responsive communication from the host.I am a big believer in communication.Parking is tricky - we had two vehicles and one of those vehicles was a pickup truck - we fit but it was tight.Be prepared for stairs - the area is well lit.I recommend the spot as it was clean and right on the water.」

"ダウンタウンからは離れているので、到着当初は失敗したなと思いましたが、バスに乗るとダウンタウン迄10分かからないほどですし、バスの本数も多いし、バス停からもわかりやすいので、その分宿泊費が安いならここで良かったと思いました。ホテルから徒歩ですぐアップタウンのモールがあり、その中にウォルマートやショッパーズがあって、安い現地物が手に入り、お土産購入などにも大変便利です。ホテル自体は古いけれど、キッチンも付いているし清潔感もあり、充分な設備です。音がもれやすいので隣にうるさいお客さんがいなければ満足できるホテルです。総合的に考えて、予算を抑えたい人にはおすすめです。"

"部屋が広く、キッチンもあったのでとても便利でした。１階にはランドリールームも有り洗濯機と乾燥機がそれぞれ２ドルで使えて助かりました。フロントスタッフはどの方も笑顔で優しく接していただけました。バレーパーキングですが、ホテル苗に車を止めるだけで、駐車係とやり取りが発生しません。ロビーフロアの無料のコーヒーマシンは、コーヒーの種類や濃さも選べて、非常に助かります。部屋のバスルームは設置型のシャンプーやソープでエコを感じました。残念だったのは、ベッドルームのベッド上電気がスイッチで消せなかったこと、２日目ベッドのシーツ下に結束テープがあったことの2点です。改善されると思いますので、大きな問題ではないと思いますが。他が良かったので残念でした。"
