The Sunrise Adventure House is part of the brand new Riverwest Vacation Rental Development at the base of Spirit Mtn in Duluth, MN. However, it is privately owned and managed by North Shore Vacation Rentals, which gives you better service overall.

The best part is that our homes have no construction occurring and the best unobstructed views!

Ski Hut and Burnett Dairy are next door for convenient equipment rental needs and last-minute specialty cheese snacks.

One of the most beautiful, well maintained and supplied VRBO’s, I have ever rented! Melissa was amazing! She was responsive and answered all questions that I had! My family had an amazing time! We hope to one day rent this house again.

Very nice for a family vacation

The house is very nice, very clean and new. The hosts did an excellent job stocking the kitchen, bathrooms, and closets (we could have used more towels and washcloths, but there were 7 of us). It’s near the freeway, which allows for easy access to activities and restaurants, but it’s not a loud area. There are nearby trails within easy walking distance, which were excellent. To other folks bringing dogs, just know that the yard is not fenced, and you are charged an additional daily fee to bring your dogs along (not clear from the listing). But overall, a very nice rental.

This was a great house! Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay. Every room was very clean and very nice. The property managers were very kind and did a very good job about reaching out to make sure our stay was exceptional! Overall this was a very nice house and in a very nice neighborhood!

Spacious new build that had plenty of space for our business retreat. A comfortable place to stay and plenty of room to meet. Great trails just outside our door for walk/running or biking. Close to Duluth restaurants for dining options or a great kitchen to dine in. Would highly recommend these units!

Family get away

This property is absolutely beautiful, and the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. It was wonderful to have the sauna in the house! We had plenty of space for everyone! (6 adults and a baby).

Weekend getaway to Duluth

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with some close friends. The house was as advertised and is a beautiful place to stay! We all loved the layout and how it had everything we needed. The sauna is a huge plus after being outside all day! Will be staying here again on our next getaway to Duluth!

Beautiful new property, well stocked

Our family stayed here with a group of 11. We had plenty of space. The facility is brand new, it is well stocked in the kitchen items, with many small appliances, spices utensils, etc. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied by the host. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Just a few minutes outside of town and at the base of spirit mountain. Our kids really enjoyed Spirit mountain so that was a plus for us. I would highly recommend this property to families.

Beautiful property. We were able to fit all of us, ages 3 to 73 comfortably. The house was well equipped for cooking for a group. Close to places we wanted to visit in and near Duluth. Trails near by for walking.
