「The Canal Park Lodge is very charming! The decor is very warm and inviting. We had a lake view on third floor and it was just beautiful! We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. We enjoyed walking along the lake front. The aerial bridge that is walking distance from the hotel was an interesting site. We got to watch the bridge be raised for a barge that came through after midnight. That was a fun experience! I visited in early May 2026 with my two adult kids. We had a wonderful time.」

「湖側のお部屋にアップグレードしてもらいました。フロントの人もみんな親切。朝食付き、レンタサイクルも無料。夜の焚き火でマシュマロが最高でした。お部屋も広くて快適、自転車さえあればダウンタウンや街中に簡単に出られて便利な場所にあり、静かで過ごしやすい場所でした。」

「Room was very clean. However, the sign for the Disabled parking place had been knocked down and was laying on the grass in front of the space. Also, guests were allowed to sit on the benches in the covered entryway by the front door and SMOKE. This is totally unacceptable in a "Smoke Free" facility. Designate a smoking area at the edge of the property so guests aren't forced to go through a cloud of smoke to enter or exit using the front door!!」

「This was my tenth stay at this wonderful lodge. Nice to be within walking distance of the entire lift bridge area. Always clean. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast has always been a big plus! 」
