"The room service ordering was not user friendly. I had to call the front desk twice to figure out. Had to click on the food picture - that was not clear. And the person at the front desk seemed to be annoyed with me which made even more frustrating."

"Room and hotel was clean, bed comfortable. It was nice to have a makeup mirror. On the first morning the breakfast was terrible, hardly any food and only instant coffee, however on 2nd day everything was good, so I don't know what happened the first day. When I checked in there were no washclothes in the room. I asked the front desk if house keeping could deliver some however I never got any until the 2nd day when housekeeping did the morning clean."

"Great place, good atmosphere, very close to Greenwich Ave. Very Clean room and a comfortable king bed. We were looking over I-95, which would mean constant noise from outside. But not a single sound here! Quiet and tranquil, great sound proofing! The room is “ high tech”, which means it takes effort to find a lights switch or to figure out how the faucet works. Very good and busy restaurant (on the expensive side) with Tony, the owner, greeting you personally."

Deirdre is always available if you need to communicate with her for any reason. Set away from the town center, so you have quiet and peace…but close enough to town if you need groceries, shopping, dining, medical care, banking, etc…"

"The location was perfect for our family getaway. The snow and river backdrop brought the holiday spirit out in our college age kids. There was plenty of room and the fireplace was great. All the appliances are high end and the communication was excellent. The host went out of his way to make the visit special. Would highly recommend "

"We had a very comfortable stay here visiting our kids and grandkids in Greenwich. My only issue was with the parking! If there’s 3 cars back there you have to back out through a narrow drive onto a busy road!! Only reason I took a star off."

Although we couldn't find the AC, it was cool enough to open the windows making it especially comfortable listening to the rain. The location was perfect, close to everything.
