"Room was clean. All updated finishes. Great staff. Nice views. 4 miles from great dining. View were great. It was so good that we booked on the way back Bar Harbor to Portland for a night because the hotel in Bar Harbor was so horrible and twice as expensive as this property. Breakfast was well done, room is nice. Balcony view very good. Staff was exceptional."

"Lovely place only a half mile sidewalk stroll to downtown. The room was clean and nice. The bed was lumpy and soft. There is a nice bar area and the breakfast was great with many options. The home is old so the floors are unlevel. Not a problem for us but could be for older guests. Easy parking."

"Very lovely spot to stay a few days to explore the island. The cottage was clean and everything was convenient. Since you have to bring all your food and drink its location was perfect. Overlooking the harbor was the best part of our stay. Will definitely plan to return."

"The property was perfect for our family of four visiting Acadia National Park. Close proximity to everything on MDI. Being able to access the quiet side trails and destinations so quickly like seawall, wonderland, long pond, shops harbor, bass harbor light was fantastic. We really enjoyed southwest harbor and bar harbor was not far. The host was wonderful and very responsive. The home had everything we needed for the week, including a fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, and washing machine. The air conditioning worked well when needed. The property felt private. We were sad to leave at the end of a great week."

"Staying here was amazing. The house was clean, and have everything you could need. Kimberly was an amazing host! She was easy to get a hold of, responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We lived everything about our stay here and would highly recommend!!!!"
