"The staff were friendly, efficient and responded quickly to any issues. The pool was amazing, very clean as was the hot tub. My complaint is with the entry/exit doors on the North building. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night. We reserved 2 rooms for our party of 4, thinking they would be next to each other but that was not the case. One room only had 1 chair with a small table. The other room had 2. A stairway down to the beach would definitely better serve the elderly and out of shape guests. That hill was a hard climb. We had a good time despite a few hiccups but I think we will rent a house next visit."

"This house was a reasonably close walk to the beach, but also very secluded and woodsy. The layout of the rooms was excellent for two couples, allowing a little privacy for each. AC worked very nicely. The living room furniture definitely needs replaced. The queen bed was a bit too firm. Bath mats were not supplied."

"Wonderful, clean and easily accessible! This is the perfect beach spot for a couple which offers a well done, cozy cottage close to the beach and an easy walk to town. We loved the first floor access as we could roll our suitcases in without any steps. The space is open concept and the bathroom has a step in shower so this would be a great choice for anyone with mobility challenges. The extra touches Mary put into this space were appreciated- including the kitchenette, coffee supply, basket of snacks and we loved the outdoor spaces with twinkle lights and beautiful gardens! A sweet retreat we look forward to going back to."

"We loved this place! Walk to the end of the driveway and look left and see the ocean look right and see the sound. So beautiful to walk the street here. Easy to get to the boardwalk and soundside grill and WeeWinks!Really nice kitchen, family room and outdoor porch facing the sunrise was awesome. Easy to checkin/out. History of the house and family pics so sweet. They are updating things so maybe mattresses and laundry room (mildew) are next?Would definitely book again."
