「One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home! There was supposed to be an air mattress in the closet and it wasn’t, I messaged Ken and within 5 minutes he brought it to our door and offered to set it up for us. My only suggestion would be supply a small amount of ziploc bags, foil, plastic wrap…things of that nature. There are 40 indoor stairs getting up there. Try the owners restaurant on the first floor too, absolutely amazing!!」

「We had fun using the house as a comfortable place to stay while we explored some of the hiking in the area. Wish the weather would have cooperated a little more to be able to use the deck more. Thanks for nice quick get away.」

「3 middle-aged ladies met in Dubuque for a Galentine's Weekend (Feb 14-16). We arrived just before the snow really started coming done. Annie's on Adair was the perfect cozy spot to hang out. We cooked, we watched movies, and we played games. The cottage was immaculate and we lacked for nothing. It's the perfect get-away for small groups. (The host was diligent in keeping the sidewalk cleared of snow... Which was much appreciated!) We thoroughly enjoyed our time.」

「It was a very nice trip with great communication. There was a possible issue with the AC and the owners sent someone out to address it. I was able to get timely replies. My friend and I would love to come back! The views were stunning and the beds were so comfortable!」

「The house had everything it described, was very spacious and clean. The major downside was NO Wi-Fi that was a surprise ad never said it had it but in 2025 I guess you just automatically assumed it would have it. We did have a situation with a wasp infestation but I contacted the owner and she had someone out within literally 20 minutes to take care of it. We then had to call her again because the air conditioning went out and again she had her son in law come out immediately, unfortunately he...
