Anita is an incredible host. She made everything to make us feel comfortable. She recommended excellent places around and knows the area very well. The room was clean and very well equipped. The hotel is in a great location, close to beaches, restaurants and beach promenade. Parking is safe and large and the restaurant where breakfast is served is excellent.

Amazing villa! We loved everything about our stay. The villa was clean, in an amazing location, and having private parking was a huge plus. I absolutely loved the cosmetics in the bathroom — such a lovely touch! They also provide a complimentary bottle of water and espresso. We really enjoyed having our morning espresso on the balcony. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool this time, but maybe next time! Anita was so kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

Location was what I expected and easy to get into Dubrovnik either by taxi or number 6 bus. I would stay here again as it had good communication and parking and Anita was very informative which came in very handy during our stay

What a magical time we had at Villa Filaus. Some places just have a special feeling that is hard to replicate, and this was one of those. It was clean, safe, welcoming, well positioned and the beds were SO comfy. Anita provided the perfect balance between being friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic place for our last stop in Slovenia - Croatia trip. Friendly and organized host Anita gave us a warm welcome, local tips and whereabouts, and numeric key to an amazing room. Just perfect. Not too big, not too small. Luxurious, comfortable definitely not a job of DIY worriers. Functional and pretty. Kudos to the designer. And of course location. Parking included, close to public bus or affordable Uber to Old town and finally close to famous promenada Lapad. We will be coming back
