Exquisite! A perfect property, beautifully maintained in the most amazing location in town. The building is in an ancient building that was recently rebuilt inside with exceptional care to detail. Contemporary with fresh flowers in every room and hallway. Did I mention free mini bar with snacks, and a terrace overlooking the water? So close to the bustle near the entrance to old town, but absolutely tranquil and quiet inside the property gate. I cannot speak highly enough of the property, staff and location. This is coming from someone who is usually disappointed by hotels.

We had an excellent stay at Sea Rocks Residence and would absolutely return. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly positioned just outside the busiest parts of Dubrovnik while still being close enough to easily explore Old Town. The views from the property are incredible, especially at sunset. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details that made it feel more upscale and personal than a typical hotel stay. The atmosphere throughout the property feels relaxed and private. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations, transportation advice, and anything we needed during our stay. You can tell they take pride in the property and care about the guest experience. If you’re looking for a quieter, more refined place to stay in Dubrovnik with amazing views and excellent service, Sea Rocks Residence is an easy recommendation.

Nina was gracious host and super helpful arranging reservations and transportation before our visit. An amazing and unique property right outside the gate to old town overlooking the walls and bay. It really is breathtaking. Very nice new and modern room with personal touches and included minibar. Beds are firm with lots of pillows. We loved leaving the windows open to hear the ocean and enjoy some wine on the shared patio. The lounge with included coffee, refreshments and snacks was a huge bonus rather than going out to an expensive breakfast each morning. It’s very quiet and private for being right next to old town and all the restaurants steps very close. It is a little bit difficult to get your luggage down the stone steps/pathway to the property, and there are no elevators. It would be difficult to stay here if you aren't able to climb stairs well. We would highly recommend Sea Rocks and would definitely stay again next time in Dubrovnik.

I wish I could rate this stay over 5 stars. This is the most wonderful hotel I have ever experienced. There are only 6 rooms in the entire hotel. It feels intimate and luxurious. The photos simply don’t do this hotel justice. It is so much more lovely than the photos online suggest. Location: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in “old town” without the noise. While still technically in old town, the hotel is located right on the water but down a side street so it is separated from the crowds which is so nice for a June visit. It feels like your own secret spot to jump in the water and swim. You can rent kayaks just below which I highly suggest to get a lay of the land. Hospitality: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Andrea is AMAZING. She helped us get a last-minute dinner reservation at the Michelin-starred restaurant next door. The rooms are very well taken care of and you can tell the hotel cares deeply about comfort. The air conditioning is strong for the heat. The communal coffee machine was sublime. The view from the shared balcony is genuinely unbeatable in Dubrovnik. The view from the hotel is truly some of the best in all of Dubrovnik. The staff give great recommendations on local spots in town. We will absolutely be back. You can tell the staff takes pride in the amenities of the hotel. Truly an incredible experience and I hope everyone stays here to experience it.

You cannot get a better location, very helpful staff, very nice rooms and amenities, we are so happy we chose this place compared to everywhere else. The perfect quiet spot, just outside of the hustle and bustle.
