Outstanding experience at Hotel Kazbeck. We were sad to leave after our two nights there. LOVELY property, excellent staff experience and great location. Made our first nights in Croatia just perfect.

The hotel was very nice and our room was clean and spacious. The restaurant was nice and the pool grounds were great. Beach is walkable along with multiple restaurants. The old city is also walkable and such a beautiful place to visit.

Really wonderful boutique accommodations. Twelve rooms total. We had a suite which was huge. Full breakfast included. Staff is super helpful and always at your service. Wonderful pool are that was never crowded. One of the finest hotels I have stayed in and right across from the Marina with great restaurants up and down the strip and a fabulous restaurant in the hotel.

Great location to checkout Dubrovnik!

Located near where the cruise ships dock; it's a perfect place to checkout the old town or wander up to Sunset Beach with all the restaurants and bars...and yes, sunsets. The rooms were clean and big...and the beds were comfy. All the staff were very helpful; we also were able to enjoy an afternoon at the pool...so lovely. Highly recommend!

The staff were incredible here, and the property was absolutely gorgeous. The marina is out front, and in the back is a very walkable neighborhood full of cafes, bars and a walking path with a perfect view of the sunset. The rooms were a good size, and nicely furnished. The hotel has several lovely indoor and outdoor seating areas which I enjoyed.

Charming hotel in the marina district. Excellent service. Knowledgeable concierge. They recommended a restaurant in a nearby yacht club that was very good. Lovely neighborhood that is 15 minutes by cab from the traffic and craziness of Old Town.

The hotel is very attractive, in a quiet but convenient position, with good bus services to the old town, and good dining options within an easy walk. A slight issue was that the pool was barely usable being so cold. The staff, without exception, were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

What can I say… but; was amazing! Loved every minute of my 4 night stay. Location was perfect. A 2mile walk (each way) into the walled old city was nice and some of the views were great on the way… and there was a circular walk in Lapad that had some of the best views of the blue sea. Pool area was fantastic and every member of the team that we came across couldn’t do enough for us. Even remembering our order for breakfast and drinks (we should have mixed it up). Really gave the personal touch that was great (as were the chocolates every day). Room was big and spacious as was the bathroom. Separate shower and bath was good. Organised transfers which were also great. 10/10!

The hotel is beautiful and most of the staff went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. However, this is certainly not a 5 star property. We were very disappointed not to be told in advance about the horrendous road works in front of the hotel making it inaccessible for taxis and as I was travelling with my parents who had mobility issues, this was not acceptable. The manager was very apologetic but the smell of the fumes as we ate breakfast put a dampener on the whole experience. Would be a great hotel apart from this but as I say, it is not 5 star!
