This was a very clean room and beautiful view of the sea! Although only 20 minute walk to the Old town, it’s all uphill on the way back. Also has many stairs to climb from main road back to apartments and especially difficult to manage with luggage. The uber drivers had a hard time locating as well. Be prepared to walk many steps to and from this property. We stayed in a double room which did have A/C, which helped a lot, however, due to the heat wave while we were there we spent more time in the room then originally planned. The amenities were limited, ie no plates or cutlery. Patio was large however and found it a nice place to pass the time. Thank you for the stay.

A very friendly owner, a very clean property. A little hard to figure out how to get to it, as isn't on a main road. To access the property you have to go down many stairs. The host was amazing! She had great recommendations of activities to do around Dubrovnik. The apartment was a great size and about a 15 minute was to town. It was quiet and had a beautiful terrace to watch the sunset.

Great property, just far enough out of town

We had the top floor apartment (no 7), it consisted of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen diner area with a bed sofa. The bed was really comfortable, shower was good, we never really used the kitchen other than for coffee etc. Lovely view down the coast from the Juliet balcony, other rooms had a full balcony. It's just a 15-20 minute walk into the Old town, or similar distance if you wanted to go to Lapad area. Parking is up in private parking area on the hillside just above the property. Access to the property from the car park is down some steps, there are also steps (142 of them) going down from the property to the main road which takes you in to the Old Town. Recommendations for places to eat close by: - Jacks Bar - Marangun restaurant Buy a Dubrovnik pass on day one, this also gives you free travel on the buses for the duration of the pass, we got the 7 day pass and it worked great.

My stay was perfect for what I intended to do in Dubrovnik. Communicative and helpful host and good location from what I could sum up! Would go back and stay in the location and with this host.

A great place to stay

We loved our lodging here. The place was clean and convenient to both old town and new town. We loved that there was a kitchen for doing some of our own meals. The hosts were so good to pick us up and take us to the airport. There was even a washing machine. We loved our time in Dubrovnik with Guesthouse NIkolina.

Had an excellent stay here. Host was accommodating and incredibly nice. Our flight was delayed and she made it easy to check in later than planned. The space was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Having a place to park was an added bonus and huge time saver.

Wonderful stay

Everything about our stay at this guest house was positive, from being provided a dedicated parking spot, to the juice and tea provided, to the cleanliness, comfort, and quiet, to the enthusiasm and responsiveness of the owner, to the location with the stunning view over the sea. The walk up the 126 stairs from the main road below is totally worth it. We loved this place and highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved staying at guest house Nikolina. We organized with the host to pick us up at the airport, which made the trip very easy!They were so kind, we were even given ice-cream upon arrival! Overall, I would highly recommend this Guest House for your next stay!

Beautiful!

We had a fantastic stay at Guest house Nikolina! The property is beautiful with very clean, very comfortable rooms and a lovely balcony. The host made us feel very welcome and was very accommodating.The property is a 30m walk outside the old town which was perfect! Overall a very pleasant, very enjoyable stay!

Room was just perfect. It was tidy and it has an ac- unit which was a must have on weather as hot it was on time we visited. Location was perfect, there is lot of restaurants to eat and shops where you can buy daily croceries. Everything is close so you don't need taxi or bus to get lots of interesting places. Host family is SUPER friendly and they do their job pertecly. They made our vacation perfect <3

Amazing view and nice room

We liked our stay so so much! The host is so lovely and welcoming. The view from the property is amazing and also from our own balcony in room 4. Small but adequate room with all the basics you need. Very clean and quite newly renovated. Location was nice, peaceful enough, but only 2km from the busy old town. Nice little beach nearby - altough hundreds of stairs to walk to the beach. Nice to walk everywhere and see the amazing views on the way. But theres a lot of hills and stairs to walk so I dont recommend this area (or old town area) with small children. Few good restarants and amazing Jack's burger kiosk just nearby. We highly recommend this place especially adults or with bigger kids who manage the steep walks and stairs.
