Burj Khalifa View From This Stylish Studio

If you are looking for a cosy home amongst the Skyrises, this stylish
studio is perfect for you! Located in Business Bay, this space
showcases the Burj Khalifa as well as the surrounding city skyline view
from the balcony. The lounge and kitchen are fully equipped with
everything you might need to make your stay more comfortable.This
studio is based in Marquise Square and has a pool, Gym & health club
access as well as a kids play area.

The space

The apartment has an open, artistic feel with the bedroom, living &
dining area all being in one room. There is a Queen sized bed, fully
equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony with a swinging chair. The
Bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower & mirror light.

Guest access

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.

Other things to note

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and
at an additional cost, if required.
Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and
basic shower amenities are provided.
Please note that once your reservation is confirmed you will also be
automatically charged a Dubai Tourism Tax by Airbnb.
We are very happy to accommodate a same day check in. Kindly note: If
