Facilities are outstanding. Brilliant staff, I arrived at 11:30 and they checked me into my room early. The food is delicious and top brand spirits with lovely coffee. Cannot fault the food, nice choices. The pools are huge and love the swim up bar. WiFi was never a problem, even 100 metres away on the beach the signal was good. There is nothing to do around the area but as it’s all inclusive why would you want to leave the resort. Saying that, there are always a fleet of taxis outside. My only gripe is the sports bar, you’re not allowed alcohol in the bar!!! Plus, I class this as an international hotel and all they show on the 5 screens are local sports and old seria A Italian club games. During my stay there was the Grand Prix, cricket T20 World Cup, French tennis open, NBA finals, NHL finals and the Euro 2024. Such a shame as I know other Riu hotels accommodate guest requests for major sport. Otherwise a lovely and relaxing stay.

It’s a bit far from downtown but it’s a great hotel. I liked that if I got up and missed breakfast, lunch or dinner, food was available at the sports bar. The entire staff was also kind and accommodating. We checked into our rooms earlier than we expected and it was just great. Would definitely book again.

The staff was wonderful & the food was delicious. There needs to be more entertainment for the day and evening for the adults. There also should be a restaurant open until 2am. Not hamburgers and chicken dogs sitting in a warmer. The drivers at the hotel charge what they want and are pushy about going to certain shops to buy from their friends that charge 4 times the price, lesson learned. Please get your souvenirs from the store by the Frame, everything is $10 or less. Use a taxi. The hotel itself needs work. I travel alot and for this hotel to be 2 years old, there needs to be better upkeep. Be aware everything is a taxi drive if you plan on leaving the resort.

Fabulous hotel and facilities! Highly recommend staying her - I would definitely opt for a sea view next time, as we had a view of the car park - but we were hardly in our room. I would come back!

Really great place to stay in Dubai. The food was amazing. Alcohol was named brands, like Bombay Sapphire gin. Facilities and swimming pools were amazing!
