Apartment was excellent, very clean with everything you could need. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the mattress was too thin and I could feel the springs through it, so not very comfortable.
A thicker more expensive mattress or at least a thick mattress topper. Would solve the issue.
Central location in Staines Upon Thames, so super convenient.
Would I stay here again, the answer is Yes.

Everything was perfect, a masterful blend of London and Japan.
The room was well stocked with water, soft drinks, snacks, teas and coffees and had immaculate lighting which really made you feel relaxed. The bedding and mattress really shined for a wonderful sleep.
Gym was great in comparison to a lot of other hotel gyms with a very high calibre of treadmills and a peloton. Dumbbells went up to 22.5kg which was ok for an impropmptu workout.
The room was perfect, down to the very last detail with an amazing bath and shower. Staff were paid very high attention to detail whilst maintaining a relaxed and friendly atmosphere which really impressed us.
The breakfast was well stocked and had a nice variety of hot menu options, as well as buffet bits and drinks.
All in all, would highly recommend the Prince Akatoki to anyone looking for a unique and frankly perfect stay within the city!
