Only complaint with 3 guests booked there was only one wash cloth provided one roll of toilet paper and one blanket for pull out bed no sheets other than that it was a good convenient place to stay

Washer/Dryer did not work properly. Despite 2 calls and 1 email to customer service, the issue was not resolved. The washer didn’t rinse clothing out and they remained sopping wet. They required extensive drying time as a result ( over 4 hours). This was extremely inconvenient.

Staff was friendly, room was nice and clean. They had an event going on while we were here & it sounded so fun! Hotel was a bit confusing at first but that would be my only complaint.

Location was great, property was very clean. The shower pressure however was very low similar to a very light sprinkle even after reporting. Front desk staff was nice for the most part other than the male worker who seemed bothered with questions. The shuttle drover absolutely knowledgeable of the area, extremely funny and nice.

"Very pretty hotel close to downtown with free parking. Very quiet with lots of charm. We struggled trying to close curtains for privacy, but still use the AC window unit. Our room overlooked a church next door . Only issue we had. Nice bar area on the first floor and really great outside patio area. ..."
