Everything was great until check out time, one thing that happened was we got back late around 4 am, I asked the night shift if we could extend checkout from 10am to 11am, which they said they could do 12 PM instead, fantastic!
On the morning of checkout, one of the maids came in and asked what we were still doing there past 10, and we explained we had late check out, and she insisted no check out is at 10 and we had to get out.
I brought it to the front desks attention, and they agreed that I had a noon checkout, and apologized about the situation.
Just some miscommunication somewhere but all in all the stay was great. Just more so a rude awakening to the situation.
