"Hotel was really nice. Rooms were very clean. Modern , breakfast was great. The only issue was they’re working on the 494 right next to the hotel hotel. It’s very loud. Crew was out there working until midnight and of course started clamor away pretty early in the morning. "

Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Not too happy about that. Otherwise, all of the employees were awesome! Special thank you to the front desk staff and Troy from room service for their care and compassion! Spring Break 2026 trip was pretty cool. "

"Overall this is a very nice hotel. Good stuff first: there is a great fitness room, the guest rooms were very clean and huge, the overnight staff was exceptional, and the bartender was very good. The lobby and breakfast area is large and comfortable. Not so good stuff is that there is only valet parking at the hotel which is rather pricey. We had to park across the street in a tiny lot which was reasonably priced but very inconvenient. There was a constant group of homeless people camped right outside the hotel where the only metered parking is. Several areas of the hotel wreaked of marijuana. We reserved several rooms and so did family members for a wedding and twice we were given the wrong room and even given a room already occupied by other people. The hotel management did acknowledge the mistake and credited our room. "
