Downtown Philipsburg Vacations

"For a project in town I was looking for an accommodation in the town and at walking distance from my project and the ferry (I live on 1 of the neighbouring islands). Alicia's Inn is perfectly located, not only for those who want to be in town but conveniently (very) close to the "dollar busses" which can take you to places like the airport, Marigot and French Quarter. In the middle of the hustle and bustle of Back Street, it is a calm and clean haven with super friendly and helpful staff,...

"Cleaning staff 15/10 Room 10/10 Parking $15/ day Breakfast 2/5 FOH staff - not great - some staff are great and incredibly helpful and pleasant - but there are some who are rude - one server at the hotel Bar did not want to provide me with a take away box claiming they did not have any. It’s generally a Great hotel and some of the staff are great but some really are either not nice to you or not nice to their coworkers ! Which is also sad to see. Will I return ? Probably not."

"Convenient location, affordable room supplied with comfortable beds and thick, fluffy towels. Trade-offs: The wifi is slow, and the walls do not cancel ambient street noise including a very vocal rooster. Thinking of it as charm rather than annoyance helps."
