「Disappointed with Expedia for not being transparent of all fees applied by SpringHill Suites. Firstly the checkin @SpringHill Suites was delayed by 20 minutes. Secondly, hidden fees like parking US$5.00 was not disclosed by Expedia during my booking. I was very clear with Expedia my requirements were free parking, free WiFi with breakfast.Expedia flagged SpringHill Suites Marriot meeting my requirements and listed the total amount for 4 nights . Upon arrival at SpringHill Suites, I was told...

「Clean rooms, friendly staff and plenty of parking! Breakfast is a little small but its all good」

「The shower kept leaking even after a maintenance guy replaced the door strip because the other one was broken. Breakfast: The front desk said they were blindsided by more guests, which is why they were out of many breakfast items, most notably any gluten-free muffins or bagels (I have celiac). It was Fall Break, so I'm not sure why they were blindsided, since local schools list it on their websites. The woman who replenished the food at the breakfast bar was very unpleasant and wouldn't answer...

「Had an awesome stay ! Pool was nice and the little fire place outside was super toasty if u like chilling outside while it’s cold. Room was spotless clean, staff was chill and friendly. 10/10」

「All staff we encountered were helpful and very friendly. Their breakfast offerings were several steps above your run-of-the-mill hotel breakfast. Property location is quiet and convenient. Both beds were comfortable. Towels were thick, smelled great/clean and were plentiful. We stayed in a suite and the living room furniture was clean and comfortable. All floorsvwere very clean (white socks will let you know quickly if the floor is dirty ) .Kitchen was well-appointed and all appliances worked...

「Great service !!! Nate the manager」

「clean room and very comfortable bed, quiet and great locatoin」

「Conveniently located right off the interstate in the vibrant Bellevue district. So much to do within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms are thoughtfully designed and outfitted with great amenities. I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals. The full-size fridge was great for bringing home leftovers. Great hot breakfast. The lobby is so beautiful, warm, and inviting. Staff were top-notch!」

「Breakfast was wonderful.」
