The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. I liked the fact it had a small balcony, although I did not utilize it. Most properties I've stayed at in the past have an available electrical outlet near the bed or nightstand. Due to the apparent age of this building however, the room did not have a lot of electrical outlets, so I had to plug my phone in to charge on the floor, near the tv.

This is a really nice hotel and the service staff were great! The only issue we had was there were no washcloths until our last night there. Also, when we came in our sink drain would not open and someone had to come fix that our second day there. Besides those things, I really have no complaints with the hotel!

I called the front desk and asked for security and was told there is no security and then I said call the police. She said she called the police but no one showed up. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Pillows could have been a little more comfortable. Disappointed breakfast was only til 9am, which is way to early. They should extend time til 10am. Never able to enjoy breakfast which was included in the price.
