"The staff was wonderful, respectful, and happy to do whatever I asked. This disable American veteran had a very nice stay. Thanks to Sam on the staff. I had a very good time!"

"i have a few complaints about this inn. first i'd like to state the host upon check in was not nearly as informative about our stay as the host last year (which we did see her out and about and she was kind) (wears converse) she is who we prefer. second, with the amount you pay to stay here you think you would have more than just 1 functional wall outlet. all of the wall outlets are loose or just non functional. & lastly the water pressure is non existent, makes showering extremely hard and time consuming. especially if you have long hair and trying to get shampoo out. it would be helpful if they could keep the door unlocked or hold the door open for those of us who do not fly with one luggage. we drive down from virginia so having to constantly unlock the door or not be offered any help with the door (esp when it's during business hours of checking in) after a 15+ hour drive is kind of difficult. you have to not only lift your luggage up onto the porch but stop what you're doing to unlock the door with a key or have to go through the lobby door, a ramp would also be helpful as well. other than that the grounds are clean."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: utensils, plates, pots, baking trays, glasses, and wine glasses. The bed was extremely comfortable, but what impressed me the most were the pillows—they were unbelievably comfortable! I also loved that the bathroom amenities were from Salt & Stone. Overall, I was truly impressed. The only small downside was that the hotel didn’t have any vases. It was my birthday, and my husband surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, but there wasn’t a vase available, so we had to go out and buy one ourselves. Also, the elevator wasn’t working, and our room was on the third floor. The staff kindly offered to help us carry our luggage, but there were clear hints that a tip was expected, which made the interaction a bit uncomfortable. Personally, I prefer to decide myself when and whom I’d like to tip, rather than feeling pressured or indirectly encouraged. Other than these minor points, everything was absolutely amazing. We truly loved our stay and would happily come back!"
