「On arrival, they told me I had no reservation. I had my ap, and reservation #, but they insisted they couldn't find one. Eventually, they found it. Everything is broken here. The pool was out of order, and they had signs on everything in their office area- computer, printer etc. that these were also out of order. During our stay, the cleaning staff would come and make our beds, but we were never provided more toilet paper, soap or towels in a 3 day stay. We had to go to the front desk to get...

「Outside of hotel is nothing special, but room was nice enough and not too far from campus. It’s also nice to have a complementary breakfast, they don’t have everything you might want or expect from a higher end chain (I didn’t see yogurt or fruit), but it’s nice to have something available, including coffee. 」
