"This was honestly the worst hotel stay that I have ever had! Do not stay at this hotel!"

"When we went, outside of the hotel was being renovated. Free but limited parking at night. Our shower was leaking. However, the room clean, bed was comfy, and the view was amazing. Staff was nice. Despite some hiccups, we would stay here again. "

"My wife and I have stayed in several of the big name brand hotels in the Richardson/Dallas area recently and they were all about $100 give it take per night. We always felt a little ripped off when leaving so we decided to spend a more and try out the Drury. Definitely the right decision. The place was very clean without the crazy smell of most hotels, the bed and pillows were top notch, service was fantastic and the breakfast buffet was good as well. As an added bonus they have a very nice covered parking garage! We will be returning "

"We stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. When we arrived late on our check-in day, there was no one at the front desk. We waited in the lobby and called multiple times for about 25 minutes before anyone came out. We later found out the nighttime attendant had been asleep, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was great and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, the lobby was noticeably dirty over the weekend and did not seem well maintained. We also had an issue with the blackout blind in our room being broken for our entire stay. We informed staff right away, but unfortunately it was never fixed. Overall, there were some positives, but the lack of responsiveness and maintenance issues made the stay disappointing."
