From the moment I arrived, my stay at Hotel Phoenix Atlanta exceeded every expectation. What initially started as a stressful situation was handled with an incredible level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care by the entire team. Rather than simply pointing me in another direction, everyone worked hard to make me feel welcome and valued while remaining thoughtful and respectful throughout the process.
Once everything was settled, the rest of my stay was absolutely perfect. Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and eager to help. The hotel was beautiful, the service was exceptional, and every interaction made me feel like a truly valued guest.
It's rare to find a hotel where every single team member consistently goes above and beyond, but Hotel Phoenix Atlanta does exactly that. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful day turn into such a memorable experience. I will absolutely stay here again and will happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta.

I just feel like the amenities fall below the standards of an Omni hotel. The bed was hard, my shower didn't drain properly. My shower never got hot, the water pressure was lackluster. The layout of the north and south towers are very odd. The Staff is the best part of this property.
