"The room was clean but that didn't make up for an air conditioner that didn't work on a hot humid night! The manager said all he could do for my wife & I was offer us another room with single bed; when we had paid for a room with 2 queen beds. I declined the offer and we literally sweated out the night; no sleep! That's the last time we ever stay there!!! Also there was no ice bucket liner, no tissues, only 1 small bar of soap & only half a roll of toilet paper for 2 people!"

"I was in town for just one night and ended up booking this last minute. I’ve never stayed at a motel before because of the stigma, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean, and the owner at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. A nice bonus was the smart TV, which let me log into my own accounts and relax. Overall, a great experience and definitely changed my perspective on motels."

"My friend and I came into the hotel late and settled in. We immediately noticed the couch was filthy but decided that we just wouldn’t use it since we would be there less than 12 hours. When my friend was in the shower I pulled back the sheets and discovered that there was blood on the sheets and at least one of the pillows. I felt grossed out by this as I didn’t know where else hadn’t been cleaned so I called front desk and requested to switch rooms, they hotel was clearly not fully booked, but they refused my request because we had “used the room” they brought up sheets and had US change the sheets ourselves. Expedia did offer to help with relocation but it was 1 am already and we just wanted to sleep a few hours and leave. Expedia did request that the hotel give a partial refund and they also declined that. Overall, a health and human safety issue. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The staff was very helpful and kind upon arrival Friday evening as we where there for a graduation ceremony Saturday morning. The property has a huge problem with Roaches inside the rooms being used on the property. The rooms where located on the 2 nd floor for my family. Once exiting the elevator you where meet with yellow stains in the hallway carpet for days it appeared like throw up . Once we located the room at first glance it presented as two good rooms for a few days. Once evening came we began noticing baby roaches. So micro you almost missed them. We both agreed we would let staff know which we did let the staff know and they apologize and would notify the manager. The rooms where located next to each other divided by one room in between the rooms. Room1 had big adult roaches and baby roaches located near the bed night stand with the light and charger . The closet had baby roaches as well as the kitchen near the refrigerator back area huge roach. The next room associated to the stay had roaches near the doorway entry when you enter the room to greet you. This was a disappointment as we have stayed at this property before and have not experienced roaches in the rooms. When one travels this is the last thing they want to bring home to there environment. Please advise and get the facility an exterminator as it is a major concern. Sadly this will be our last time staying here as my entire family is scared of bringing home unwanted critters.. Rodriguez Family"

"My son and I had a great stay here for the weekend, camper was clean and had everything we needed and the family was happy to join us or let us have our privacy. All you could ask for and the backyard pool area is as good as it looks in the pictures. Would go back anytime we are in the area."

"Beetles in the bathtub, air conditioner was not very good. Had a huge gap in the door frame. Inconsiderate guests were loud and obnoxious all night, and when I spoke to the lady at the front desk, she acted as if it wasn't important for her to take care of. Although the bed was comfortable, I woke up with bite marks on the back of my head from bugs. I wouldn't recommend staying there and I will not ever stay there again."

"Very disappointing stay. My pregnant wife, two young children, and I checked in and were assigned a room that was extremely hot despite the AC running. As we settled in, we discovered the smoke alarm was completely missing, one TV remote had no batteries, the other did not operate the TV, and the refrigerator emitted a strong rotten fish-like odor that filled the room when opened. When I reported these issues and requested a different room, the front desk employee insisted on inspecting the room first. During the inspection, I invited him to smell the refrigerator himself, but he denied there was any odor despite it being obvious to us. My mother, who was staying nearby, came into the room and independently confirmed the smell. The employee initially refused to move us, stating that because we had sat on the beds, the room could no longer be rented to another guest. Only after I began taking photos and videos was another room offered. Unfortunately, the replacement room was only slightly better. It also lacked a smoke alarm and had several maintenance issues, including a broken shower rod, a broken light fixture sitting on a shelf, exposed nails where an iron holder had been ripped from the wall, and multiple bugs. The condition of both rooms and the handling of our concerns fell far below what I would expect from a Wyndham branded property. The missing smoke alarms in both rooms were particularly concerning from a safety standpoint."
